Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. The guarantee is also limited to original, end-user purchasers in the United States. If you have any questions regarding whether a seller is an authorized seller of our products, please contact our Customer Care Team at care@queenofthethrones.com.
If you purchased your product from one of our authorized sellers, we ask that you first contact the seller from which you purchased your products to inquire about its return policy. If you are unable to return your product to the authorized seller or are not satisfied with the seller's resolution, please contact us.
To otherwise make a Guarantee request, please email care@queenofthethrones.com the following information:
- Full name and preferred contact
- Product purchased and, if applicable, order number
- Reason for making the claim and suggestions on how we can improve
- Proof of purchase (showing when and where the product was purchased and received)
- Photos of the product (where applicable)
- Shipping address
Claim must be made within 45 days from date of delivery.
Queen of the Thrones® reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests at its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where Queen of the Thrones® concludes that the purchaser has abused the guarantee. Queen of the Thrones® may amend or terminate the Guarantee at any time without notice.
