Do Castor Oil Packs help with infertility?

Whether you’re in your 30’s, 40’s or even younger Castor Oil Packs can help fertility when trying to conceive.

As a matter of fact, according to the CDC, the proportion of first births to women aged 30–34 increased by 28% from the year 2000-2014.

And first births for women aged 35 and over have increased by 23%1

So with this increase in women trying to conceive over the age of 30 paired with fertility problems, we have an even greater need for Castor Oil Pack protocols.

Would you agree?

Castor Oil Packs improve fertility & chances of getting pregnant

As women age, fertility naturally declines and statistics show that one in five women are unable to get pregnant after one year of trying.2-3

However, you can increase your chances of getting pregnant and boost your fertility naturally!

How?

Well, with the right food, lifestyle choices and the practice of Queen of the Thrones® Castor Oil Packs.

How can I balance my hormones using Castor Oil Packs?

As a Preconception Health Coach and Holistic Nutritionist, I help women and couples prepare for pregnancy.

More so, my specialty is in preparing for a healthy baby after the age of 30.

I’ve helped countless women and couples struggling with trying to conceive get pregnant naturally.

In this article, I’ll share how Castor Oil Packs can help with infertility and hormone balance.

Plus, I’ll share why I recommend removing my top 4 hormone imbalancing food choices from your diet to help when you’re trying to conceive naturally.

I’m really excited about this topic because when it’s implemented properly, it can be a game-changer for your health and fertility.

Consequently, I’ve seen this firsthand with clients in my practice, and you can too.

How to change my diet to balance hormones & boost fertility

1. Remove inflammatory-inducing industrial seed oils.

These oils were discovered in the early 1900s and have run rampant in the western food industry in the last 100 years with the advent of industrialization.

They are mainly used in all shelf-stable products as replacements for healthy fats in low-fat products.

These oils are anything but healthy or natural and wreak havoc on fertility health.

Additionally, they are processed at extremely high temperatures causing oxidization and are also mixed with solvents and chemicals to improve their smell and color for resale.

Hence, all the more reason to remove these oils from your diet to improve fertility.

Can you relate?

The industrial seed oils I recommend staying away from include:

  • Canola
  • Corn
  • Cottonseed
  • Soy, Sunflower
  • Safflower
  • Rapeseed oil

As they are inflammatory and responsible for the buildup of toxins in the body causing a hormonal imbalance, which may lead to problems when trying to conceive.

Here is why you want to apply a Castor Oil Pack practice because the high quality of the Castor Oil that enters your body is key for improving fertility and optimal nourishment. Amazing, agreed?

2. Say goodbye to gluten

You see, industrialization has resulted in a quick rise of new genetically modified grains.

So because of this, most glutenous grains in North America, such as:

  • Wheat
  • Barley
  • Rye
  • Oats

Are all now genetically modified and wreaking havoc on fertility.

With that said, our digestive tracts and immune systems don’t recognize these new grain species and thus become damaged trying to digest them. Makes sense, agreed?

This is why we have seen a sharp rise in the number of people affected by celiac disease and wheat sensitivity in recent years.

By the way, I’ve had clients completely remove gluten from their diet while applying the Castor Oil Pack Practice having had great success in helping their infertility.

Castor Oil Packs help with fertility because it regulates inflammation in the gut and therefore improves hormone balance.

3. “Sayonara” Soy!

Soy is very controversial in the nutrition field.

Likely due to the fact that for years soy has been perceived as a health-food and an ideal source of protein that:

  • Lowers cholesterol
  • Protects against cancer
  • Reduces menopausal symptoms

But, this couldn’t be further from the truth!

Soy products are hormone disruptors and can alter the menstrual cycle – not good for fertility.

Because they have an estrogenic effect on the body.

This means they produce excess estrogen, throwing off the delicate balance of hormones in your cycle leading to infertility problems.

But, did you know…Castor Oil Packs support the healthy cleansing of excess estrogen?

So, if you do include soy products in your diet, be consistent in your Castor Oil Pack practices.?

Because consistency is key when it comes to optimal health and improved fertility.

Though we do want to avoid excess estrogen exposure as much as possible to keep problems with conception away. So, my recommendation is to say “sayonara” soy!

Soy products include:

  • Tofu
  • Soy milk
  • Edamame
  • Tempeh

4. No more processed sugar!

Processed sugar is void of all nutrients and fiber, making it an infertility-inducing ‘anti-nutrient.’

Because in order for your body to process this sugar, it must use your body’s stored nutrients.

So basically, sugar is stealing essential vitamins from your body just to process and digest it, which can then lead to fertility problems.

Did you know that processed sugar is not only found in candies and sweets like sour patch kids and cookies?

It’s also hidden in “healthy” foods like:

  • Yogurt
  • Bread
  • Chicken
  • Bacon
  • Pasta sauce
  • Salad dressing and much more.

Surprising, right?

So if you need something sweet, and want to improve fertility, stick to things like fruit (not dried), raw honey and organic maple syrup with natural sugars.

Are Castor Oil Packs helpful in boosting fertility when TTC?

To get pregnant, fertility and hormones need to be balanced.

In order for hormones to be balanced, the liver needs to work optimally. Why?

Well, the liver is the body’s main detoxifying organ, performing over 560 functions known to date and works around the clock to keep you healthy.

Think of the liver as a vacuum cleaner.

When the vacuum cleaner gets clogged, it can’t clean effectively which prevents toxins from leaving the body efficiently – leading to infertility.

This can negatively impact fertility health by creating an excess amount of inflammation in the body.

Queen of the Thrones Castor Oil Packs support your Liver health and boost fertility

But when Castor Oil Packs are placed on the skin to promote the healing of tissues and organs. So, we begin training the body to promote detoxification and regulate inflammation.

Just like an Olympic athlete!

And this leads to hormone balance and improved fertility health.

This is due to the main component in Castor Oil, ricinoleic acid, which increases circulation, reduces inflammation and stimulates lymphatic flow.4-5-6

Then, in turn, increases the production of lymphocytes in the liver.

Lymphocytes are white blood cells, the body’s natural disease fighters that help clear the area of toxins.

And it’s that clearing of toxins that leads to the boost in fertility we are so desperately seeking when trying to conceive. Am I right?

So, if you’re actively trying to conceive:

During the follicular phase (the first half of your cycle):

  1. On day 1 apply a Castor Oil Pack for the Liver
  2. On day 2 apply a Castor Oil Pack for Fertility
  3. Repeat until ovulation – then stop during the luteal phase (the second stage of your cycle) to allow for that ever-so-wonderful nesting stage in hopes of conception.

Why apply Castor Oil Packs instead of Seed Cycling?

So, you love the thought of prescribing the Seed Cycling Protocol for hormone imbalance because you and I believe that it’s best to “Let thy food be thy medicine and thy medicine be thy food.” The famous quote of our father of medicine, Hippocrates. Have you heard this before?

But then, you and I, we also live by the words of Paracelsus, “The dose makes things poison.” Agreed?

Seed Cycling Protocol for hormone imbalance not recommended

So, here’s our conundrum when prescribing the seed cycling protocol. Are you ready?

From your clinical and coaching experience, you know 2 very important facts…

Food can take a long time to act as medicine

Your patients, and you, we all want a quick “feel good now” solution even though we are in the know that hormonal healing takes time, especially with food.

Frequent exposure to the same foods could create poison.

Too much of a good thing can become problematic, especially when it comes to the gut, right? You see, eating the same foods over and over again can be harmful by creating inflammation and leaky gut1.

Eating flax and pumpkin seeds for two weeks straight and then for the same period of time eating sesame and sunflower seeds can either lead or aggravate an immune reactivity to a food, magnification of other coexisting leaky gut, hormonal, metabolic syndrome and lead to autoimmunity.2.

So, it begs the question…

Is seed cycling as great as it’s claimed to be?

Or is there another way that you can help hormonally unbalanced women set themselves on the right path naturally?

Cycling with a Castor Oil Pack for Liver, Fertility & Thyroid is a way you will learn how to support your hormonal body clock naturally, to seed cycle without eating seeds.

Rotating Queen of the Thrones Castor Oil Packs to reset your hormone imbalance

The result?

  1. Hormone balance support without triggering or aggravating leaky gut syndrome or other gut health problems and autoimmunity.
  2. The support of gut healing from both the OUTSIDE IN using a Castor Oil Packs for Liver, Fertility & Thyroid and from the INSIDE OUT with food and supplements. Amazing agreed?

This is huge because it widens your ability to prescribe more superfoods like seeds and other foods they miss but can’t eat due to food sensitivities because therapeutically they had to restrict.

The best part? You’ll be helping your people “feel better” symptomatically, and socially instead of isolating them with avoidance, and restrictions because of a leaky gut, gut health conditions and their hormone imbalance.

Queen of the Thrones Single Seed Cycle help you heal your Gut

This is your chance to expand your thoughts on this popular trending protocol: “Single” Seed Cycling. You’ll have an understanding how food can be medicine, but also poison, and the impact of helping to heal the gut from the outside in with Castor Oil Packs, while healing from the inside out with foods and supplements. Are you ready?

Now, are you wondering…

How can I improve compliance with Castor Oil Packs?

Let’s begin by acknowledging that it’s never just one prescription that’s working to regulate your patients’ hormonal clocks.

You see, it’s always a combination of food, supplements and health practices like the Queen of the Thrones® Castor Oil Packs for Liver, Fertility & Thyroid.

These all synergistically work together. Healing from the inside out and outside in. Makes sense, agreed?

But why?

The seed cycling protocol is a time investment and most of your people (and you) are unable to invest the time to grind, soak, store, carry around with them, or even remember to follow the daily multi-step protocol. Can you relate?

It’s difficult to reinforce a health habit that is excessively repetitive, cumbersome and boring to the taste buds. I mean, how many seed bars can you eat?

In effect, too much of eating the same thing reduces your biological want to eat seeds3 and with delayed benefit and the potential to create or enhance already inflammation prone modern day guts, aggravating food sensitivities and leaky gut syndrome4, this protocol was in need of reinventing.

So, because our modern day lives are busy, and with the nature of integrative and functional medical practice, sometimes taking old practices and principles and integrating them into modern day life isn’t always easy to apply in the here and the now. Would you agree?

Plus, habit substitutions in order to get compliance must be simple, unlike the old way of doing Castor Oil Packs, that was all too cumbersome and no one does it! And it only looks bad on the practitioner who prescribed it.

Rebalance your hormonal health with Queen of the Thrones Castor Oil Packs

How to “Single” Seed Cycle without eating seeds.

The inventor of the “Single” Seed Cycling protocol is a North American Naturopathic Doctor. She had been recommended both the Castor Oil Pack becoming a practitioner and had never done it because it was too cumbersome.

She couldn’t eat the seeds because it aggravated her gut problems. Does this sound like you?

Finally, she tried both. She started with Castor Oil Packs and then after some gut healing (including many other supportive treatments), she was able to try the seed cycling protocol and found benefit.

However, when she began recommending it to patients, they just didn’t comply. Most didn’t even try it! Her patients felt bad, and she felt worse. Have you been here before?

So, she created the easy way with Queen of the Thrones® Castor Oil Packs, which improved patient compliance and results.

If you’ve prescribed the seed cycling protocol and/or Castor Oil Packs for foundational care, you know compliance isn’t great. For certain people, they are aggravated with the seed cycling, and therefore your follow up results aren’t great either.

Practitioners should prescribe the single seed cycling protocol and Queen of the Thrones Castor Oil Packs for hormone imbalance

Using Castor Oil Packs for Liver & Thyrod at the right time of day can enhance your body clock’s ability to do its job best. Amazing, agreed?

Kind of like how it’s better to go to sleep at night when the moon is out. You know this because your patients who have circadian rhythm dysfunction are the ones who struggle the most in their health because their body clock is off, right?

You see, “Single” Seed Cycling is a tool that can be used in all three hormonally-unbalanced stages of life, no matter the cycle dysfunction or how off the body clock is.
