Massage with the Body Roller

  • Using firm yet gentle pressure, glide the Body Roller across your skin in various directions for 2-3 minutes.
  • Focus on tight muscles, or areas prone to tension.

Post-Massage Care

  • Gently wipe off any excess oil with an old cloth before dressing.

When I first opened the package and saw the Body Roller I wondered if it would just be another thing that would end up in the back of a drawer. I set it down on my desk and left it for a day or so. And then one day when I was feeling stressed from too much time on the computer I picked it up and began rolling: up over my head, on the back of my neck, up and down my arms and legs. Oh my gosh, it felt so good! It's a keeper now that stays on my desk for a daily revival. I don't use oil with it because I don't want to have to clean it every time I use it. For me, this is a great de-stressing tool that gives immediate results.

Love this Fascia Roller!

This fascia roller is so easy to use.
I have lots of old scar tissue from a significant lower leg injury over 20 years ago and this roller is really helping to break it up. I have been using it daily since I bought it. I love it!
Oh, and at such a low price point!

Hello…..feedback not meant for a review. Your oil is uber powerful and after using it with the brush and rollerball and 2 (1 hour) packs my body reacted with a strong hive almost measles-like outbreak. 10 days later i still have lightly raised scabs. Sooo yes your castor oil is the real deal. My homeopath said it threw my body into a huge emotional discharge.
I was so excited to use all 3 protocols that i guess i overdid it. Will slow down going forth ;)
