A note from Marisol
You already know the power of a simple nightly ritual. You've felt what happens when you slow down, tune in and give your body a little attention.
But let me ask you something. When was the last time you gave your body the movement it was designed for?
Not a punishing workout. Not a 6 a.m. boot camp you dread. Gentle, intentional movement that actually feels good, and that your body has been quietly asking for all along.
I've invited my friend Jana Danielson to show you exactly what that looks like. Trust me, you're going to want a front-row seat for this one.

The missing piece
This isn't a reason to panic. It's an invitation to act.
We've been told the answer is a stricter diet, a harder workout or one more supplement. Meanwhile, two of the most important systems in your body get almost no attention.
Your lymphatic system
Your heart pumps your blood, but your lymph has no pump at all. It depends entirely on you, your breath and your movement, to keep it flowing.
Your fascia
Your fascia is the web of connective tissue that wraps every muscle, organ and nerve, from your toes to the crown of your head. It holds ten times more sensory receptors than your muscles. When it gets stuck, it can squeeze like a boa constrictor, and you feel it as stiffness, puffiness and that heavy, “not quite me” feeling.
The good news? Both respond beautifully to simple, intentional movement. Movement is medicine, and it takes minutes a day, not hours.
What you'll discover
This isn't a sit-and-listen webinar
Jana will guide you live through two of her favorite practices, using nothing but your hands and a pencil:
Practice 1
A few minutes of fascia release, then stand up and feel the difference between your two feet.
Practice 2
A head-to-toe sequence that leaves you tingling, warm and awake.
You'll leave with something you can feel in your body before the hour is up.
Why now?
The holidays are coming. More sitting, more travel, richer food, less sleep and a to-do list a mile long. It's usually the season we feel least like ourselves.
This year, imagine going into the holidays with a ritual that takes care of you. While everyone else waits until January to make another resolution, you'll already be on your way, feeling lighter, more energized and at home in your body.
The difference between “one day” and “Day One” is simply a decision.
Within a day or two, my forefoot, which had been rigid for years, had movement in it. My family immediately noticed a difference in the way I was walking. A friend I hadn't seen in nine months said, ‘Oh my gosh, you're walking like a real person! What happened to you?’
I just am so excited with what feels like a brand new body! I literally felt a huge transformation in 30 days. I have no plans on stopping!
I walked 18 holes of golf for the first time in years because my body is feeling so good.
My body feels much more open and relaxed.
Individual experiences. Results vary.
Meet my special guest
Pilates Master Instructor · Pelvic floor and fascia expert
At 21, Jana was teaching fitness classes to pay for university while taking eleven different medications every single day. She had chronic pelvic pain, digestive issues and relentless headaches. On the outside she looked healthy. Inside, her body was struggling.
Then a doctor told her the pain was “all in her head.”
That moment pushed her to find another way. She walked into her first Pilates class, and within four months she was off all her medication. She's spent 30 years since learning why.
Her message is simple: your body is brilliantly designed, and movement really is medicine. I am excited for you to meet her.
