How to Start Your Castor Oil Ritual—Together

Castor Oil Packs have been used for centuries to support rest, balance, and a deeper connection to the body.
Today, it’s still one of the simplest, most grounding practices you can share—especially at night.
No heat. No hassle. Just a few quiet moments to unwind, naturally.
Apply Oil
Add 1-2 tbsp of Organic Castor Oil to the inner cotton side of your pack (½-1 tbsp for littles)
Place the Pack
Wrap yours around your upper abdomen, on the right side over the liver area.
Place theirs in the same location, and secure the straps for a comfortable fit. The Kids Pack is not to be worn overnight, as the straps can become a potential hazard
Rest or Sleep
Wear yours for 1 hour or overnight.
Let your child relax with theirs during storytime or before bed.
