Aquamarine Key Sweepstakes: Official Rules 

1. No purchase necessary

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older (19 in AL and NE, 21 in MS) at the time of entry. Void outside the United States and where prohibited.

2. Sponsor

Queen of the Thrones, Inc., 3115 Drane Field Road, Lakeland, FL 33811 ("Sponsor"). This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, TikTok, Instagram, Meta, Facebook or any other platform.

3. Eligibility

Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, agencies and fulfillment partners, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and people living in the same household, are not eligible to win.

4. Promotion period

The Aquamarine Key Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on Thursday, October 15, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on Thursday, December 31, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Game pieces are distributed during the Promotion Period. Sponsor's computer is the official clock.

5. How to play

Each game piece is a roller-ball refill tool. Standard game pieces are pink. Thirty (30) winning game pieces are cyan and carry a unique hand-written code. There are two ways to receive a game piece:

1.     With a purchase. Every Belly Button Rose Quartz Roll-on (5ml) and Mini Rose Quartz Roll-on (10ml) purchased and shipped to a U.S. address during the Promotion Period through queenofthethrones.com or the Queen of the Thrones TikTok Shop includes one game piece.

2.     Free, by mail (no purchase necessary). Hand-print your name, mailing address (U.S. only), email, phone number and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a sealed envelope with sufficient postage to: Aquamarine Key Free Game Piece Request c/o Queen of the Thrones, 3115 Drane Field Road, Lakeland, FL 33811. Requests must be postmarked by December 31, 2026 and received by January 8, 2027. Limit one request per envelope and one (1) per person.

Winning game pieces are distributed at random among all game pieces on TikTokShop and queenofthethrones.com, purchase and free, so each game piece has the same chance of being a winner. Mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete or late requests are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected mail.

6. Prizes

Total ARV of all prizes: $4,233.20. ARV is based on Sponsor's retail price at queenofthethrones.com as of 10/12/2026. Prizes are awarded "as is," with no substitution, transfer or cash equivalent, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable. Any difference between ARV and actual value will not be awarded. Limit one Aquamarine Key Prize per person and household.

7. Odds

Thirty (30) winning game pieces will be distributed among an estimated 20,000 total game pieces (purchase and free). Odds of any one game piece being a winner are approximately 1 in 20,000. Odds of winning the Grand Prize are 1 in 30 for each verified Aquamarine Key Prize winner.

8. How to claim

If you receive a cyan game piece, go to [queenofthethrones.com/aquamarine-key] and submit the claim form by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2026 (the "Claim Deadline"). You must provide the code on the game piece, your order number (purchase method) or the name and address used for your free game piece request, your name, email, phone number, and U.S. mailing address. Customer Service will reach out to get a picture of the game piece. You must keep the physical game piece until your prize is delivered.

A claim is verified only if the code matches Sponsor's records for that order or free request. Sponsor may require proof of eligibility and identity. Claims that are incomplete, altered, forged, reproduced or received after the Claim Deadline are void, and the prize is forfeited and will not be awarded. Prizes will be shipped to the verified winner's U.S. address within approximately [7] days after verification.

9. Grand Prize drawing

On or about January 31, 2027, Sponsor will randomly select one Grand Prize winner from all verified Aquamarine Key Prize winners. The Grand Prize winner will be notified by email and may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (where lawful) within [7] days of notification, or the Grand Prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate selected at random from the remaining verified winners.

10. Taxes

Winners are responsible for all taxes. Any winner whose prizes total $600 or more in ARV will receive an IRS Form 1099 and must provide a taxpayer ID before the prize is awarded.

11. Publicity

Except where prohibited, winners who opt in agree that Sponsor may use their first name, city, state, likeness and unboxing content for advertising and promotion without further compensation.

12. General conditions

By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the Sweepstakes or violates these rules. If a printing, production, distribution or other error results in more than 30 winning game pieces being claimed, Sponsor will award no more than the stated number of prizes, by random drawing among all valid claims. Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical failure compromises its integrity, subject to applicable law.

13. Release and limitation of liability

Entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates, agencies and partners from any liability for injury, loss or damage of any kind arising from participation or from receipt or use of any prize.

14. Disputes and governing law

These rules are governed by the laws of Florida. Disputes will be resolved individually, without class action, in the state or federal courts located in Polk County, Florida.

15. Privacy

Information collected is subject to Sponsor's privacy policy at [queenofthethrones.com/policies/privacy-policy] and will be used to administer the Sweepstakes.

16. Winners list

For a list of winners, available after January 31, 2027, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Aquamarine Key Winners List c/o Queen of the Thrones, 3115 Drane Field Road, Lakeland, FL 33811, received by April 31, 2027.
