HOW DO I USE IT?

Use your Queen of the
Thrones® Body Roller in
4 simple steps:

STEP 1

Apply Queen of the Thrones® Organic Golden Castor Oil (sold separately) to the part of your body you will be rolling (your neck, shoulders, hands, feet, back, etc.).

STEP 2

With firm, gentle pressure, move the roller across your skin in different directions for 2-3 minutes.

STEP 3

Use an old cloth to wipe off excess oil before putting on clothing.

STEP 4

Wipe down the roller and gently rinse.

    Not sure at first, but glad I did!

    When I first opened the package and saw the Body Roller I wondered if it would just be another thing that would end up in the back of a drawer. I set it down on my desk and left it for a day or so. And then one day when I was feeling stressed from too much time on the computer I picked it up and began rolling: up over my head, on the back of my neck, up and down my arms and legs. Oh my gosh, it felt so good! It's a keeper now that stays on my desk for a daily revival. I don't use oil with it because I don't want to have to clean it every time I use it. For me, this is a great de-stressing tool that gives immediate results.

    I’ve been using this for a month now. I can’t really say if I notice anything yet. I did look up how to use but it was not working so I’ve just been rolling in circles up the body.
