Discover how Castor Oil Packs may help support your liver, kidneys and other detox organs as they naturally cleanse your body of toxins.

Why you still need to detox even though you have detox organs

Yes! You still have to detox even though you have a liver and kidneys!

Why?

Well, keep reading because I’m going to share with you the top ways to support detoxification with Castor Oil Packs.

Why is detoxing so important?

To start, we live in an extremely toxic environment! Am I right?

Every day we need to try to avoid these exposures, and clear any toxins that we’ve already absorbed by supporting our body’s natural detoxification and drainage pathways.

To give you a better idea of what we’re up against with environmental toxins, Krista Shennum wrote in an article for Human Rights Watch that states,

“Since 1950, chemical production has increased fiftyfold, and it is projected to triple from 2010 to 2050. Of the 350,000 chemicals in use, only a small number have been fully assessed for safety1.”

Unfortunately, these toxins can accumulate in your body and stress out your liver...but more on that later!

Who has the most exposure to toxins?

Because of things like beauty and skin care products, which are typically loaded with chemical toxins as well as heavy metals, endocrine disruptors, and carcinogens, women have the most exposure to toxins.

In fact, it is estimated that the average woman is exposed to over 168 toxins before she even walks out the door every day (as reported by the EWG)2. As you can see, the relationship between over-toxicity and the incidence of hormonal imbalance that women are experiencing at an increasing rate is no coincidence.

So if women are over-exposed, babies have the risk of over-exposure as well.

An article from the World Wildlife Fund states that,

“In a study for the Environment Working Group in the United States, two major laboratories tested the cord of 10 newborn babies for 413 chemicals. They found that the blood in the babies’ cords contained an average of 200 industrial chemicals and pollutants.”

It goes on to say,

“As cord blood reflects what is being carried through the placenta, this shows that man-made chemicals that have entered the women’s bodies are being passed directly to the unborn baby” . . . “Altogether 287 chemicals were detected in umbilical cord blood, including 209 of which had never been detected before in cord blood. One hundred and eighty of these are carcinogenic, 217 are toxic to the brain and nervous system, and 208 cause birth defects or abnormal development in animal tests3.”

And in this article, Sophie Uliano writes that,

“Among the chemicals found, there were eight perfluorochemicals used as stain and oil repellents in fast food packaging, clothes and textiles — including the Teflon chemical PFOA, recently characterized as a likely human carcinogen by the EPA’s Science Advisory Board — dozens of widely used brominated flame retardants and their toxic by-products; and numerous pesticides4.”

So clearly, we are living in the most toxic environment that man has ever been exposed to. So, with that being said, our body’s detoxification systems have never before had this much burden.

What happens when your body carries such a high toxic load?

Well, we are seeing an ever-expanding epidemic of health concerns including gallbladder dysfunction (which is generally a side effect of liver stagnation), non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), which is also a sign of liver burden, and lastly, blood sugar dysregulation or metabolic syndrome.

All these issues point to a weak and overburdened liver and drainage dysfunction.

With all things considered, we should all incorporate detoxification as a daily practice in order to support our bodies in this toxic world we’re living in.

How do we support detoxification?

Well, detoxification is more involved than the juice cleanses you see on social media!

Supporting your body’s natural detoxification processes has to be your priority before you jump into any sort of detox.

Why?

Because if your drainage pathways are clogged and not cleansing properly, you are simply recycling toxins and putting more and more of a burden on your liver.

Forgetting to support your natural detox and drainage pathways is very common and can cause you to feel worse when you do start a detox program. In fact, this worsening of symptoms during a cleanse even has a name.

We call it a “herxheimer reaction”. Basically, it is caused by your body releasing more toxins into the bloodstream than it has the ability to clear at that time.

So how do you avoid these uncomfortable symptoms?

Good question!

Actually, avoiding detox symptoms is something I help my patients discover on a daily basis. This is also why working with a professional is ideal if you want to detox properly. Truly, you can avoid a lot of unpleasantries if you know what to look for with drainage burden and other biofeedback markers.

The one thing you can do today, though, is support your drainage pathways.

The systems I am going to focus on here (and the ones I find to be the most problematic) are the liver/biliary tree and lastly the colon pathways.

My top 3 tips for avoiding dreaded detox symptoms

Ways to help avoid detox symptoms by Queen of the Thrones

Support your liver

One great way to help support your liver detoxification is by wearing a Castor Oil Pack on your liver. My favorite is Queen of the Thrones® Castor Oil Packs.

To support your liver, you also want to stop or at least limit your exposure to toxins.

Look for toxic products in your home, your food, and your environment, and minimize them as much as possible! On top of that, supporting glutathione can be extremely helpful in doing this.

My two favorite ways to support glutathione are Castor Oil Packs5 and coffee enemas. Coffee enemas are more of an “advanced practice” in my opinion, so I always start my patients with Castor Oil Packs first.

Support your bile

Did you know that inadequate bile production is the MAIN cause for gallbladder dysfunction?

Whether it’s liver stagnation or sluggish bile, both can be prevented and treated.

My favorite way to support the bile is by adding bile salts to a patient’s protocol. This may help support more fluidity of the bile and help the liver at the same time.

Your liver and gallbladder work synergistically, so if there is dysfunction in one, there is generally dysfunction in the other. (Always speak to your practitioner before adding in any supplementation!)

Support your colon

Your bowels have to keep moving!

If your colon pathway is clogged and your bowels are not moving, you are becoming more and more toxic because these poisons are not being moved out of your system5

This is extremely common in a lot of patients that I work with and leads to more liver burden, cholesterol, hormone imbalance, and NAFLD.

So, it is extremely important to make sure you are supporting the colon pathway.

We can bring back the Castor Oil Pack for this because it may help support bowel movement regularity 6, 7. Also looking into deficiencies like magnesium and Vitamin C can be extremely helpful. (I have yet to have a patient who isn’t magnesium deficient!)

Always begin with drainage

By supporting these drainage pathways, your body will be better able to detox naturally. Most of the time, your body systems just need a little bit of support.

I always start my patients here, and sometimes, supporting drainage alone may be all that they need to start feeling better!

The 5 Keys for Supporting Drainage

  • Liver Support
  • Focus on fiber in diet as well as hydration
  • Support deficiencies
  • Make sure bowels are moving
  • Stop your toxin bucket from overfilling!

These are things that anyone can start doing and incorporating daily.

Something as simple as wearing a Queen of the Thrones® Castor Oil Pack  in the evening and being cognizant of your water and fiber intake are practices that seem so simple, may end up doing the most.

The healing truly begins when we support the body’s natural detoxification systems.

How Adding Emotional Release Techniques Can Enhance Your Detox Results

You have probably heard that your body can store emotions, like anger in the liver and fear in the kidneys. That can’t be healthy, right? The body and mind are constantly in a dance trying to find balance and health, but sometimes our emotions and mental health get in the way of healing.

There is no doubt that our minds, bodies and spirits are inextricably interconnected. So, to address one aspect of health without addressing the others will lead to suboptimal results.

This understanding is where the term “holistic” comes from. Many people use it interchangeably with “natural”, but it is not always the same. In truth, holistic health means treating the whole person; body, mind and spirit.

How unprocessed emotions affect your body

Unprocessed or stored emotions can land anywhere in the body. When your body holds onto a negative emotion or a low-vibration (possibly shame, anger, or resentment) – it can lead to congestion in your system.

The body understands things in biochemical terms, so emotions translate into hormones and neurotransmitters that have specific effects on your organs, tissues and systems.

Your body is meant to be a flow system with nutrition coming in (including information and feelings) and waste (including processed emotions) being released.

Why is emotional release important for mental health?

Emotions are a beautiful and natural part of being human, but we need to recognize and properly address them. When we don’t have the time, the bandwidth, or the tools to do so, eventually they may manifest into another form somewhere down the line. This could be physical symptoms like tension in the shoulders, mental illness, or even dis-ease.

Castor Oils Packs for holistic wellness

As a practitioner who has been in the field of natural health for 28 years and the founder of Mind Body Spirit Release Academy™, I’ve worked with thousands of clients and students.

It’s only when my clients integrate these 2 powerful strategies that they’re finally able to uplevel their wellness:

    1. Mental health and emotional release techniques
    2. Detoxification practices

And one of my favorite self-care tools, the Castor Oil Pack, happens to support both.

What to expect with emotional release and Castor Oil Packs

It is not uncommon for people to release extra toxins, yeast, and even parasites while pairing Castor Oil Packs with emotional release techniques

This happens when we release low-vibration, unprocessed emotions. The body’s channels of toxin elimination are opened up and waste of all kinds can find its way out of the body.

Often, after this release, clients and students remark that they feel a huge sense of relief, like an invisible weight being lifted. Many feel as though they’ve been transformed in their physical and mental health.

So, how do I do this, you ask?

    Ways to stimulate “holistic detoxification”

There are many techniques available to help in this process, some more basic than others. But any emotional release techniques are supportive of physical and mental wellness

    1. Journaling One of the best places to start is by journaling. When you’re doing a Queen of the Thrones® Castor Oil Pack over your liver, you might want to start with focusing on the unprocessed emotions that are typically stored here, like anger and resentment.  Ask yourself, “What anger or resentment might I be storing in my body? Is there anything I need to let go of?” Write it all down in your journal. Now, keep in mind, the anger and resentment may be directed towards yourself or your current situation. Or you might even have been brought up around an angry parent, and you’ve taken their emotions on yourself because at the time, you could not process them.   Whatever your case may be, stay open and honest with yourself. Remember, you can always throw away your writing after you are finished. 2. Essential Oils Another option is adding essential oils to your Castor Oil Pack. Lemongrass is thought to help support the liver and release resentment, plus it smells great. Just add a few drops onto your Castor Oil Pack before you apply it. Please note: You may want to do a skin sensitivity patch test before you use essential oils. 3. Tapping For deeper work, try Tapping, also known as Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), around the issues that arise during your journaling session. If you’re unfamiliar with Tapping, a simple online search will pull up many free resources. Apply your Castor Oil Pack and tap away! 4. EMDR™ If you’ve experienced severe trauma in your life, you may want to investigate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR™) therapy. Speaking of therapy, a holistic therapist may also be very beneficial, as none of these suggestions are meant to take the place of medical or therapeutic care. 5.  Mind Body Spirit Release™ Lastly, for those who want to go really deep and uncover and release emotions, limiting beliefs, generational imprints and more, Mind Body Spirit Release™ may be a good path.

Your Complete Guide On How To Do A Castor Oil Pack

Are you wondering what to expect after using the Castor Oil Pack for Liver?

Or, are you curious to know more about the Queen of the Thrones® Castor Oil Pack before you add it to your daily self-care routine?

Is this you? This blog discusses everything you need to know about Castor Oil and Castor Oil Packs and how the two work together to support both your liver and overall wellness.

So, what is a Castor Oil Pack?

Castor Oil Packs are an ancient self-care practice and foundation of naturopathic and functional medicine popularized in the early 1900s by Edgar Cayce.

This traditional natural wellness practice involves applying Castor Oil to a cotton compress and wearing it on the body (typically over the liver) to support liver detox, deeper sleep, less stress, better bowel movements, and more.

The Castor Oil Pack lost its appeal because of its messy and time-consuming nature and difficulty accessing quality organic materials. Makes sense, agreed?”

So, we made this practice easy for the 21st century with the Queen of the Thrones® Castor Oil Pack for Liver, a tried and true modernized Castor Oil Pack that’s heatless, less-mess, and easy to use.

Would you love to know 3 vital body functions you can support with Queen of the Thrones® Castor Oil Packs?

Well, we have an Infographic for you that explains the 3 key benefits of Castor Oil Packs, loved and recommended by wellness practitioners.

With consistent use, Castor Oil Packs can support your body from the outside in. So much so that many people who love and use Castor Oil Packs think of it as a game changer.

Queen of the Thrones happy customer testimony

Where to wear your Castor Oil Pack?

Castor Oil Packs can be worn all over the body from your thyroid, your tummy, your pelvic area, your joints, and even your eyes – but they are thought to have the most systemic benefit when worn over the liver area. This is because the liver area is where the regulatory systems of your body all intersect and interconnect (your hormonal, immune, nervous and digestive systems).

Many people assume that you need to wear your Liver Pack right on your liver to get the benefits. Is this you too?

However, this is not the case. Anatomically, the liver is located near the top of your right ribcage under the right breast. It would be a little difficult to wear your pack there, agreed?

Liver location in the body by Queen of the Thrones

The ideal placement for your Castor Oil Pack is your liver area, over top of the dermatomes connected to your liver.

You see, the anti-inflammatory component of Castor Oil called ricinoleic acid1 permeates the epidermis because of its molecular weight, this is where your circulatory and lymphatic vessels lie. And when placed over your liver area, these Packs activate the somatic and visceral reflexes (response to a stimulus) supporting the activity of internal detox and cleansing organs like the liver, kidney, gut, gallbladder, and more.

So, this is why it’s ideal to wear the Pack over your liver area, below your ribs on the right side of your body. This covers your T5-T12 dermatomes which support the gallbladder, liver, diaphragm, stomach, pancreas, spleen, kidneys, small intestine, appendix, adrenals, uterus and colon.

How to use your Castor Oil Liver Pack?

It’s as easy as following the two-step process so you can support your body from the outside in.

Step One: Apply 1 tbsp of Organic Castor Oil to the soft organic cotton flannel side of your Pack.

*Always add your Organic Castor Oil to the middle of the pack to help keep the oil from the seams, as the Pack is not 100% impermeable.

Dermatomes of the Body Supported by The Castor Oil Pack for Liver

Step Two: Place the soft cotton flannel side of your Castor Oil Pack over your liver area (under your right rib cage) and tie it in place with the soft, stretchy, adjustable straps.

*Remember: Castor Oil WILL STAIN clothing & bed sheets so take extra care when preparing your Pack. Of course, you can always wear an old t-shirt over your Pack just in case.

With regular practice, you will train your body to respond better to stress. Amazing, agreed?

    And the best part…

You can wear your Pack for one hour before bed, and even better, wear your Pack overnight to help you cleanse while you sleep.

You see, your body naturally cleanses when you’re sleeping. So, by wearing your Castor Oil Liver Pack overnight you’re supporting natural liver detoxification, lymphatic drainage2, and colon cleansing3,14

How do Castor Oil Packs support your liver?

Castor Oil is a unique vegetable oil derived from the castor bean. It contains 90% ricinoleic acid, a fatty acid structure strikingly similar to that of prostaglandin E1. In simple terms, it is a strong anti-inflammatory4 agent in our body.

    Here’s how it works…

Mechanical: The compression of your Castor Oil Pack placed over the liver (slightly covering the lower free ribs under your right rib cage), combined with the movement of your breathing muscles, serves like a pump to your lymphatic system, encouraging lymphatic drainage2. Amazing, agreed?

Neurological: When placed on specific dermatomes, this activates the somatic visceral reflexes triggering the activity of internal detox and cleansing organs like the liver, kidney, gut, gallbladder, and more.

A combination of both mechanical and neurological: The Queen of the Thrones® Castor Oil Pack stimulates the body’s skin receptors that stimulate the natural oxytocin5 feedback loop activating the vagus nerve, shifting the body into the ‘rest and digest’ state where liver detox is optimized.

This gentle compression of the Castor Oil Pack stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system6,7,8. Amazing, right?

You can learn more about the 3 vital body functions you can support with Castor Oil Packs in your FREE infographic.

What are the key benefits of Castor Oil Liver Packs?

First, let’s look at the most important function of your Castor Oil Pack, which is to help…

    1. Balance inflammation

Did you know that inflammation is part of your body’s process of fighting against things that harm it (like infections) in an attempt to heal and protect itself?

So, when something damages your cells, your body releases chemicals that trigger an inflammatory response from your immune system10. It’s a natural process, but inflammation is often out of control in today’s modern world.

When you are inflamed, your body is acidic. However, the enzymes in your body don’t function properly in an acidic environment, as they require an alkaline environment11

Inflammation is like fire, and what does a firefighter do to put out a fire? They put water on it. Central abdominal bloating and weight gain are often caused because our body sends water to the site of inflammation to ‘put out the fire’. Makes sense, agreed?

So, since Castor Oil contains ricinoleic acid, a natural anti-inflammatory1-4, it may support the natural reduction of water retention and swelling.

Castor Oil also supports detox by helping to…

    2. Preserve glutathione status

    Glu…tat…what?

Well, glutathione is the master detoxification agent of the body12. But, unfortunately, it can quickly be depleted mainly because of chronic diseases, including autoimmune conditions like Hashimoto’s thyroiditis.

Studies on rats have shown that Castor Oil is supportive of preserving glutathione levels13.  You see, glutathione is an antioxidant that pulls toxins out of your body, and that’s why we get depleted so quickly.

Castor Oil also supports the elimination of waste from your body by…

    3. Help move your bowels

lOne of the major processes of your body is your bowel movements. If you can’t eliminate (a.k.a go to the bathroom), you self-intoxicate.

Remember those anti-inflammatory prostaglandins that Castor Oil mimics? Well, these are the same ones that attach to the receptors of smooth muscle14 in the body, namely your gut and uterus.

So, this physical smooth muscle function moves things out of the body, and your Castor Oil Liver Pack helps stimulate it3,14 so you can go to the bathroom naturally and rid yourself of feeling backed up. Sounds wonderful, agreed?

Lastly, Castor Oil aids in maintaining your general wellness by helping your body…

    4. Microbiome balance

The microbiome and bacteria in your gut are a mix of good and bad bugs. The balance of the two influences your well-being. So, when the balance is off, you feel unwell. Makes sense, right?

Biofilm is a big bad barrier that bad bacteria can produce in the microbiome. It keeps the bad bugs in and the good bugs out. Unfortunately, this causes severe stress on the body, inhibiting cleansing and detoxification.

Castor Oil is one of the only natural substances that can breakdown biofilm15,16,17, allowing your body to maintain a balanced ecology (environment).

Smart Bowel movements with Queen of the Thrones Castor Oil Packs

In combination with a good diet, adequate fluid intake (water/tea), flow (urine, poop) mindset, and exercise, Castor Oil Packs are one of the cornerstones to supporting your bowels.

All in all, starting with your tried and true Queen of the Thrones® Castor Oil Pack for Liver, you will be able to support…

    • Gentle liver detox
    • Colon cleansing3,14
    • Lymphatic drainage2

However, not all Castor Oil Packs are made equal.

Your checklist for good quality Castor Oil (like Queen of the Thrones®):

    • 100% pure
    • Organic
    • Extra virgin
    • Hexane-free
    • Bottled in amber glass

Your checklist for a good quality Castor Oil Pack (like Queen of the Thrones®)

    • Organic cotton, wool, or linen touching the skin
    • No synthetic blends or chemically treated materials touching the skin (i.e., velour, bamboo)
    • No uncomfortable belts, buttons, or velcro

    Common questions

    1. Why do I have to replace it after two months of regular use?

The traditional way of doing Castor Oil Packs was to use the SAME compress over and over and over. This was okay, before the industrial revolution when our environment wasn’t as toxic.

We now know that the increasing environmental toxicity impacts wellness. This is why it’s important to add fresh oil every time and replace your pack every 2 months for ease of use, comfort, and sanitation.

    2. Why can’t I just drink Castor Oil or rub it on my skin?

Castor Oil orally is a stimulant laxative that causes cramping and makes you poop. Simply rubbing it on your skin and wearing a T-shirt overtop only gives you about 50% of the benefits. You need the pack to help move your body into a relaxed state via gentle compression to support liver detox, lymphatic drainage, and colon cleansing.

    3. Why can’t I use organic bamboo or any old cloth?

ONLY use organic cotton, wool or linen! Other materials like ‘organic’ bamboo are highly processed with chemicals. Old clothing may be made with harmful dyes, bleach, and flame retardants that you don’t want to absorb into your body.

    4. What if I’m on medications, hormone replacement therapy, birth control pills, IUDs, or supplements?

Castor Oil Packs are safely combined with any medication and supplement and may even help them work better. There are no known contraindications or interactions with medication, and they are safe to use with hormone replacements, TTC medicines, birth control pills, and IUDs.

    5. Isn’t it messy?

That’s why we created this LESS-mess pack. It’s not entirely messless, but LESS messy than a DIY pack. Castor Oil does stain, so always wear an old T-shirt.

    6. Don’t I have to add heat?

Extra heat isn’t necessary because it’s engineered to hold in your body heat naturally.

How Castor Oil Packs for Kids Can Help

It’s that time of the year again when your child will at some point pick up a seasonal cold because that’s just what kids do, agreed? And sometimes, their little immune systems are really put to the test and those colds are accompanied by a fever. So, you run to the store for your go-to fever remedy, just to find that the shelves are empty due to supply and demand. Can you relate? As a result, you are left to feel stressed and frustrated, am I right? Well, there’s no reason to be stressed, because here you’ll discover three tried and true home remedies for fever used by natural practitioners. As you may have guessed, one of the natural tools to support a fever is a Castor Oil Pack. A study shows that Castor Oil Packs may also help to support immunomodulation1. Sounds good, agreed?

Keep reading so you can know the 3 ancient tried and true fever remedies used by natural practitioners to support your child’s fever naturally. You’ll also learn how Castor Oil Packs can help your child…

Queen of the Thrones Castor Oil Packs improves your Parasympathetic tone

But first, can a fever be dangerous?

Fevers are a common symptom of illness and the immune response and are defined when one’s body temperature reaches 37.5 °C (99.5°F)2. Many natural wellness practitioners would agree that it’s generally not necessary to bring a fever down unless it’s causing discomfort. Studies have shown that fevers are rarely harmful, but, temperatures higher than 41°C (105.8°F) can be dangerous (although, rare)3.

Three tried and true home remedies for a fever

These natural remedies may not only help with fever, but also support your child’s immune system. Let’s have a look at these remedies and how they work. Shall we?

      1. Wet, Cold Socks

Much like the Castor Oil Pack, this method is thought to increase circulation and enhance the immune system.

The method goes as follows: After a warm bath, put on a thin pair of cotton socks that have been soaked in ice water (and have been generously rung out), then cover with a second pair of dry wool socks – Q for Quinn makes excellent merino wool socks for toddlers.

During a fever, your child can wear the socks overnight and in the morning the socks will be dry. If your child sweats overnight, be sure to change their pj’s, but keep the socks on.

You can use this remedy alone or combine it with…

      2. Cold Baths and Hydrotherapy:

This method is thought to reduce and maintain a fever at a lower temperature, which is still beneficial when they’re sick and fighting infection.

Lukewarm (not ice-cold) sponging or baths may help cool your child’s body and bring down their fever by enhancing circulation and reducing inflammation.

Soak a hand towel in water and be sure to give it a good wring-out so it’s not dripping. Pat down your child’s body from head to feet. This method can be repeated multiple times.

      And the last natural remedy…

      3. Castor Oil Packs on the Liver:

Castor Oil Packs help to improve your body’s natural ability to support liver detoxification

Wondering how Castor Oil Packs may support a fever?

Well, Castor Oil Packs can help to improve your body’s natural ability to support liver detoxification (toxin and pathogens), lymphatic drainage45 (circulation) and colon cleansing67 (removal), which are key factors for maintaining body temperature.

      Here’s how to use it:

Your kid’s Castor Oil Pack practice can be done in 1 hour intervals during acute times of discomfort. Wear the pack for an hour, remove for an hour, then repeat. This practice can be done in combination with the cold sock method and between taking cool baths.

The pack feels like a comforting warm hug for your child while relaxing their little body8-9-10-11, getting them ready for an amazingly deep, restful sleep. Afterall, sleep and rest are vital for recovery from a fever. Plus,  a Castor Oil Pack works from the outside-in to set the foundation for excellent gut health, which reflects in better bowel movements,6-7 balanced microbiome,12-13-14 a sense of calm and overall wellness. Sounds amazing, agreed? Would you love to stock up on your Queen of the Thrones® Castor Oil Pack for Kids now?

Finally, always remember to stay hydrated. Dehydration can make a fever worse, so it’s important to encourage your child to drink plenty of fluids. Tea, water and broth are excellent options.

It’s important to consult with a healthcare professional if your child’s fever is persistent or if your child is experiencing other symptoms, such as difficulty breathing or severe pain.

Why Men Need to Cleanse and Detox While They Sleep

It’s that time of year again, my friend. When we start our search for a quick and easy cleanse and detox practice so we can look good now and feel better after a long winter of lack, right?

Lack of sun, lack of energy & balance, lack of exercise, lack of a healthy diet…the list goes on, agreed?

One thing we certainly aren’t lacking is a build-up of stress and toxins (also known as ‘garbage’), and the discomforts of possible leaky gut symptoms we experience because of them, wouldn’t you agree?

Then what happens? Well, you start to feel like your body is backed up with all that ‘garbage’. Kind of like a house that never gets visited by the weekly garbage truck. Can you see it?

Cleansing and Detoxing your body is easier with Queen of the Thrones Castor Oil Packs

Your easy way to cleanse & detox to boost energy levels

And, for most people, the idea of cleansing and detoxing is crunching on carrot sticks, while almost drowning yourself in 8 cups of water all day and then joining a hot yoga class twice a week after work. And this alone is a deterrent to the thought of even attempting a cleanse, especially for men. Would you agree?

Because, let’s face it, after working in a mentally and physically demanding environment all day, the last thing he wants to do is anything at the end of it.

Even though he would LOVE to feel good with an energy boost from a balanced production of hormones such as testosterone, to start his car rebuild in the garage or finish drywalling the basement, or even for a romantic night out on the town with his partner, he just can’t find the energy.

With the months of fighting with heartburn that feels like fire is going to barrel up your throat like a rocket launcher, to the weeks of constipation that feels like a football is lodged in your large intestine, on top of having to be mentally and physically present every day, how can the idea of anything else be of interest anyway?

Not to mention hobbies and date nights become just another task that is put off over and over again

Cleanse and Detox While You Sleep

Discover how to Reduce Stress and Inflammation with Queen of the Thrones Castor Oil Packs

So, how can we as health care practitioners help with improving energy, balance hormones, regulate gut inflammation and address those uncomfortable, energy-draining symptoms from the overburden of toxin accumulation from those long winter months?

With the Queen of the Thrones® Day & Night Detox Kit!

A simple and easy-to-use tool kit to improve hormonal balance and optimize overall health and well-being.

And to restore balance in his day-night cycle by regulating the inflammation in the gut while you or your partner sleeps…it just doesn’t get any easier!

This is a super important step in a detox process, especially for men, to ensure optimal production of his testosterone levels while he sleeps, which will have him waking with that burst of energy he needs to seize the day!

You know the feeling, right? Instead of waking in a sluggish, foggy state, you wake up before your alarm and jump out of bed ready to knock off the list of “to-do’s” that you have been wanting to get done for so long with gusto!

The reality is that without optimal functioning of our clogged-up cleansing and detoxing organs, we tend to wake feeling tired and sluggish more often than not. Would you agree?

Liver detox with lifestyle changes & Castor Oil

      (Not Castrol ‘Motor’ Oil!)

So, here is when we begin the practice of cleansing and detoxing. In the morning, on waking, with the dry brushing tool.

Priming our engine with dry brushing in the morning stimulates circulation and influences that healthy flow, rhythm and harmony that our body is so much in need of.

Without this priming, we tend to experience some lag when we hit the gas in the morning, instead of that thrust of pick up and go!

Next, we want to hit the kitchen, where the beet juice is, to begin the day with gut-healing nourishment.

Because nitric acid, the powerful component in beet juice, acts as a healing performance accelerator in the regulation of inflammation in the gut by increasing circulation1, which leads to reducing & removing those fiery symptoms of leaky gut.

Queen of the Thrones Beet Juice Recipe supports circulation and reduce inflammation

Then, in the evening, apply the Queen of the Thrones® Castor Oil Pack to your liver region where the Castor Oil can begin the process of regulating inflammation2, while the pack brings a wonderful and calming effect on your nervous system by promoting the “feel good” hormones3:

      • Dopamine – our motivator
      • Oxytocin – our love and happiness booster
Queen of the Thrones Castor Oil Packs is a quick and easy cleanse and detox practice

The release of these feel-good hormones will then promote the release of all of the mental, emotional and physical stress from the day, and prepare you for a proper night’s sleep.

Plus, during your slumber, testosterone production begins to increase from the stimulation of circulation with every hour and, on waking, you’ll have more energy than you did the day before creating the balance in your day-night cycle your body has so desperately been craving.

The best part? Your Day and Night Detox Kit also comes with a Castor Oil Eye Compress (a sleep eye mask) so you can naturally increase melatonin4-5, your sleep hormone and gently reset your sleep-wake cycle! Amazing, right?

Cleanse with Queen of the Thrones Castor Oil Packs to balance your testosterone levels

The other best part? You can block out light at night and because it’s light in color, your Eye Compress lets light in naturally so you can wake up with the sun. Sounds nice, agreed?

King of Energy and Hormone Balance

Queen of the Thrones Day and Night Detox kit improves your health gut environment

Because a daily ritual of using your Queen of the Thrones® Day & Night Detox Kit, combined with a healthy diet and lifestyle changes, will help create a healthy gut environment rewarding you with the relief of those disruptive, painful and uncomfortable symptoms.

You’ll sleep like a king and wake to take on your day with the energy of a champion.

And when your body is no longer going 100 miles an hour while stuck in first gear, your energy will increase at a smooth pace – just like the gradual shifting of gears through butter.

So, take the tarp off that old beast in the garage, because you will soon be tinkering with your favorite hobbies from your newfound increase in energy and luster.

Let’s celebrate with a pint to kick off your new Queen of the Thrones® Cleanse and Detox practice.

A pint of nourishing beet juice, of course!
